Archer Scores
Roster, Shooting Time & Lane Assignments
This is what shows when a family clicks this tournament on the website's Schedule (only if you've linked this tournament to a Schedule event in the Schedule tab).
Reset
Permanently deletes all tournaments and scores. Roster and archer info are not affected.
Tournament Roster Sign-Ups
Parents register their archer for a tournament directly from the team website — sign-ups appear here automatically. Use "Add to Tournament Roster" on any entry to add that archer to your team roster (if needed) and to this tournament's roster — then set their lane and shooting time in the Scores tab.

Add Schedule Event
This is the practice/tournament calendar shown on the website. Tournaments parents can sign up for are managed in the Scores tab instead.
Linking a "Tournament" event to a tournament makes it clickable on the website, showing the roster, shooting time, and lane assignments you set up in the Scores tab.
Schedule
Edit any field directly, then click Save on that row. Drag isn't supported — use the order you add events in, top to bottom.
Add Announcement
Announcements
Newest should usually go at the top — new announcements you add will appear first below. Edit any field and click Save.
Add Coach
Coaches
The first coach listed should usually be the Head Coach. Edit any field and click Save.
Upload Photos
Pick one or more photos from your phone or computer — they'll upload straight to the website's Photos section. JPG or PNG, ideally under 5MB each.
Photo Gallery
Add an optional caption to any photo and click Save. The first photo listed appears largest on the website.
Add Parent Info Section
Parent Information
This is the "Parent Information" section on the website. Edit any field and click Save.
